No surprises. Every same-day quote is built from four simple parts — your service speed, an out-of-town fee only when it applies, optional extra coverage, and GST. These figures are pulled live from our current rates.

The out-of-town fee and declared-value coverage are $0 for most local deliveries — so a typical in-town quote is just the service price plus GST.

1Service price

Pick how fast you need it. Flat rates — the price is the same anywhere across Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Beaumont, Nisku, Devon, and Leduc.

🌙 After hours (overnight): we run 24/7. The four tiers above are our daytime menu (8 AM–8 PM Mountain). Between 8pm–8am choose Rush (within 2 hours) at a flat $39 by car / $69 by van, or ASAP (within 1 hour) at a flat $59 by car / $99 by van. Out-of-town distance and declared-value coverage still apply on top, and the flat rates are the same for business accounts.

2Out-of-town fee

We deliver flat-rate across our core cities: Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Beaumont, Nisku, Devon and Leduc. When a pickup or dropoff falls outside those — anywhere in the surrounding metro like Spruce Grove or Fort Saskatchewan — an out-of-town fee covers the extra drive.

The formula: a $35.00 base covers the first 30 km of driving, then $1.25 per km beyond that.

Good to know: the fee is calculated once per delivery and is the same across every service speed. It is not discounted on business accounts, and distance is the actual driving route between your two addresses.

3Declared-value coverage

Every delivery includes $50 of coverage at no charge. Carrying something worth more? Declare its value and we add coverage in brackets.

$5,000.00 is the maximum declared value. Leave it at $0 to use the included $50 coverage.

4GST & your total

We add 5% GST to the subtotal (service price + out-of-town fee + declared-value coverage). That's your total.
