2Out-of-town fee
We deliver flat-rate across our core cities: Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Beaumont, Nisku, Devon and Leduc. When a pickup or dropoff falls outside those — anywhere in the surrounding metro like Spruce Grove or Fort Saskatchewan — an out-of-town fee covers the extra drive.

Good to know: the out-of-town fee is calculated once per delivery and is the same across every service speed. It is not discounted on business accounts, and distance is the actual driving route between your two addresses.

Every delivery includes $50 of coverage at no charge. Carrying something worth more? Declare its value and we add coverage in brackets.
