A sworn Affidavit of Service, completed by the process server, confirming who was served, when, where, and how.

What documents can you serve?

Statements of Claim, Summons, Subpoenas, family/divorce filings, demand letters, and other legal documents requiring personal or substitutional service.

How fast can a document be served?

Same-day service is available for requests placed before cut-off. Rush and ASAP tiers cover urgent deadlines outside normal hours, 24/7.

Do you serve outside Edmonton proper?

Yes — St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Beaumont, Nisku, Devon, and Leduc are all covered.

Can law firms set up a recurring account for process serving?

Yes. Firms can set up monthly invoicing, preferred rates, and a dedicated dispatch number through our business portal.
