How does pricing work?
Flat rate by service tier and vehicle class. The price you see at booking is the price you pay — no fuel surcharges, no hidden fees. Deliveries outside our core cities add an out-of-town fee that scales with distance.

Four windows: Standard (7 hr), Regular (4 hr), Rush (2 hr), and ASAP (1 hr). ASAP is direct, no batching.
Do you deliver after hours or overnight?
Yes — we run 24/7. Between 8pm and 8am (Mountain), choose Rush (within 2 hours) at a flat $39 by car / $69 by van, or ASAP (within 1 hour) at a flat $59 by car / $99 by van. Out-of-town distance and declared-value coverage still apply on top. Daytime, 8am–8pm, offers all four tiers — Standard, Regular, Rush, and ASAP.
What if my package is damaged or lost?
Default coverage is $1 per pound up to $50. You can buy declared-value coverage up to $5,000 at booking ($5 / $15 / $35 brackets). Claim window is 14 days from delivery.
Can I schedule a delivery for later?
Yes — choose ASAP for "now," or a slower tier at booking. We operate 24/7: daytime (8am–8pm Mountain) offers all four tiers, while overnight (8pm–8am) offers Rush and ASAP at flat after-hours rates.
Do you do recurring or contract work?
Yes. Fill out the corporate inquiry form and we'll set up an account with monthly invoicing and a dedicated dispatch number.
How do I track my delivery?
Every order gets a unique tracking link sent via SMS the moment a driver is assigned. You can also enter your order code (e.g. MS-7K9F2) at /track to find it.
What kind of proof of delivery do you provide?
Every delivery captures a recipient signature, a photo, GPS coordinates, and the exact timestamp. The POD page lives at a permanent URL for 12 months and is yours to share.
